One of my greatest joys in ministry has been coaching developing preachers. And by “developing” I don’t mean new - I mean anyone who has a desire to continue to develop their skills as a preacher.

 

It’s easy to get feedback on your preaching. Helpful feedback from someone who gets it and wants you to win can be more rare. I would love the opportunity to help you continue to develop as a preacher. 

 

My coaching includes constructive feedback on what you just preached but also helpful input on what you are about to preach through help with sermon preparation and series and schedule planning. Basically, I ride shotgun on your preaching team for a season whether you have a whole staff to organize or whether that team is just you and me.

 

My coaching approach is informed by the philosophies and principles gleaned over two decades of regular weekly preaching but is targeted at helping you to become the most effective preacher you can be with your unique gifts, experience, and temperament, not just trying to tell you to do it like I do it.
